In order to enter the facility at any entrance point, you must visibly present your tickets to the parking attendant prior to entering into the lot for the ceremony.

Gates will open at 5pm.
Park at 640 Prospect. Tevlin Field
There will be four entrance points, wear a mask, hand in your tickets and pick up a program at an entrance point.
Bottled water will be provided and available throughout the ceremony.
Please sit with the person that you came with. Seating options in the bleachers will be marked by tape. Please have two people sit at each marked area which are 6 feet apart.
Seating will also be available on the track.
Please socially distance.
When graduation is over please do not congregate on the field or in the parking lot.

Park at 700 Prospect on the grass field behind the Weight room.
Make sure that you are in proper dress code.
Bring your Cap, Gown, tassel and a mask.
Please socially distance at all times.
Leave extra space if the person in front or behind you are not present.
We will start proceeding in at 5:57.
Know who your partner is. The students that are starting a new row will lead their row into the proper aisle.
Remain standing and listen to Mr. Smith for instructions.
When it is time to receive your diploma again listen to Mr. Smith for instructions.
Each graduate will put gloves on, wear a mask and proceed to the stage to receive your diploma.
You will have two pictures taken.
The first picture, with Monsignor Kelly and Mr. Gallo, you will have your mask and gloves on. We will provide you with a mask when you arrive at Porcello Field the gloves will be on your chair.
In the second picture when you exit the stage, take off your gloves and throw them into the garbage can at the bottom of the steps, lower your mask (optional) and have your picture taken.
The photographer will be six feet away.
After everyone receives their diploma’s there will be 3 final steps: The Final Blessing, Introduction into our Alumni Association and the singing of our Alma Mater.
Please have your masks on when you sing the Alma Mater.
After the Alma Mater is over Mr. Smith will direct you off the field.
We cannot congregate and need to leave in a timely manner.
