Dear Seton Hall Prep Community,

We are heartbroken to share with you the sudden passing of our beloved colleague, math teacher, and friend, Mr. Michael Carlucci, and offer our sincerest prayers and condolences to his family. Mr. Carlucci joined us in 2020 after serving as an administrator at Passaic Valley Regional High School and embodied all of our values and fit right into our Prep community from the onset of his time on campus.

As we mourn Michael's passing, we are committed to offering ample support services to our faculty and students. Seton Hall Prep's School Counseling department will be available on campus tomorrow at all times during school hours. Students and faculty in need of support after school hours can contact the School Counseling department directly.

Tomorrow (Monday, 9/12) at 8:00 am, Mass will be held in Bayley Seton Auditorium for Mr. Carlucci. All community members are invited to attend.

Please keep his family and friends, including our Assistant Headmaster, Mrs. Lisa Sgaramella, Mr. Carlucci’s cousin, in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
