- To request an information packet, including our viewbook and Graduate Profile, please complete our Inquiry Form.
- The new online Application is now available. You may also download the Transcript Release Form, and then print your own copy to complete and submit. The Application for Admission must be completed online by the applicant and his parent(s). The Transcript Release Form however, should ONLY be signed by the applicant's parent(s), and then forwarded to the applicant's CURRENT school so that copies of his records can be sent to SHP's Admission Office after the completion of the first marking period.

Admission to 9th grade is determined by the applicant’s performance on The Seton Hall Prep Entrance/Scholarship/Placement Exam AND his 6th, 7th, and 8th grade records. The SHP Admission Office is now accepting online Applications for Admission for those entering the 9th grade in the fall of 2017.
The Prep's Admission Office welcomes letters of recommendation for applicants, but they are NOT a required element of the SHP application process. Letters of recommendation may be sent seperately and at any time directly to the Admission Office.
