Candidates' and Registration Days— Great Successes!

The last two weekends were important and extremely successful ones for Seton Hall Prep as the school looked ahead to next year. On February 2, SHP hosted more than 325 families of eighth-graders who had been accepted for the Class of 2024. The students and their parents, in enormous numbers not seen before, took the opportunity to hear from the school leadership and a trio of Prep seniors who offered their thoughts on what it has meant to them to be a part of the Seton Hall Community. Afterwards the families proceeded upstairs to review scores on the entrance exam, and to meet with teachers, coaches, parents and student Ambassadors. • A week later, great numbers of the same families returned to register for next September’s freshman class. Many were happily surprised to re-connect with other students from the same middle school or town, to get sized up for next year’s gym gear, and to load up on SHP hats, sweats, shirts and jackets.  [view the photos]
