Monthly Meeting Dates:

All meetings are held in the school cafeteria from approximately 7:00pm-8:00pm buffet dinner opens at 6:45pm. Guest speakers to be announced prior to each meeting.

August 25 Freshman BBQ (12:00-2:00)-ALL HANDS ON DECK!

November 4 Communion Mass and Family Breakfast with Thomas Reynolds Award Presentation
- No fathers are need to assist at this event but all are invited to attend mass and the presentation of the Thomas Reynolds award.
April 4-6 Spring Musical
- 2+ Fathers needed to assist in setup, sale of snacks and refreshments and breakdown for attendees of the Spring Musical. Arrive an 30 minutes early to setup. More are always welcome, please advise of availability by email to fathersclub@shp.org.
April 20 Wrap N Tag Day (9:00am-12:00pm) - ALL HANDS ON DECK!
- 12+ Fathers needed to assist in the categorization, wrapping and tagging of gifts for the annual auction. More are always welcome, please advise of availability by email to fathersclub@shp.org.
May 3 Auction Pre-Setup (2:45pm-5:00pm)
- 12+ Fathers needed to assist in the setup of tables, chair, auction stage and buffet stations. More are always welcome, please advise of availability by email to fathersclub@shp.org.
May 4 Auction Final Setup (9:00am-1:00pm) - ALL HANDS-ON DECK!
- All Fathers needed to assist in bringing all of the gift items onto the auction floor, arranging gifts, final decorations and bar setup. All are welcome and needed, please advise of availability by email to fathersclub@shp.org.
May 4 Car Raffle and Pirate Auction (5:00pm-11:00pm) - ALL HANDS-ON DECK!
