2009 Open House Welcomes a Large and Enthusiastic Crowd

On Sunday October 25 more than 400 prospective families visited Seton Hall Prep to kick off the admission process for their sons. Prep teachers, parents, coaches, moderators, administrators and ambassadors were on hand to greet and welcome guests. All the academic departments, all 15 athletic teams and more than 40 activities and clubs were represented, some throughout the building and others in the gymnasium.

Groups of families were welcomed into the auditorium for remarks by Headmaster Msgr. Michael Kelly and Director of Admission Matt Cannizzo. Families learned about how to apply to Seton Hall Prep for next fall, how to set up a freshman for the day visit and the particular details of the financial aid and scholarship programs. The brilliant fall day also featured Ambassador-led tours of the building and even a BBQ.
