 | The Library Media Center is a scholarly area with a pleasant atmosphere where students can study, read, or do research. The library media program strives to:
- focus on student-centered, active learning
- participate as an active component in the teaching/learning process
- provide leadership in the total educational program
- prepare students in the effective and ethical use of information and technology in a wide range of sources and formats
The Library Media Center offers varied services and materials to our students and staff. The collection uses the Library of Congress classification system and includes curriculum-related books, DVDs, magazines, and technology needed to fulfill academic requirements
The library computer workstations provide catalog-searching and general research. Remote access to these resources is available to students and parents 24 hours a day.
- PREP CATALOG- Online searching of the school's print and video collections.
- JERSEYCAT- New Jersey’s statewide catalog and interlibrary loan system representing holdings in hundreds of participating libraries throughout the state. This service features real-time searching and a union catalog. Delivery of material occurs within three to five days. (Service provided by the New Jersey State Library and the New Jersey Regional Library Cooperatives.)
