President George W. Bush, Governor James E. McGreevey, Governor George Pataki, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, newly appointed Archbishop of Newark John Myers and the four US senators from New York and New
Jersey, as well as numerous other local and other state officials. It has proved popular enough that a second printing will make it available to the public [shipping to begin approximately Feb 15], with proceeds from its sale
