All club level donors are invited to the Headmaster's Reception in December. Members of the Setonia Club, Headmaster's Club, Founders' and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Circles are also invited to a Major
Donors Reception each Fall. All donors are recognized in our Annual Report. Double, even Triple, Your Gift— Many corporations and banks will match or even double your gift, or that of a
spouse. Please check with your employer to see if yours is a matching gift company, or check the list of previous matching gift donors
to the Prep] and then with your personnel office for the procedures to obtain a match.
"Transfer of Securities" gaining in popularity... The most efficient way to transfer securities to Seton Hall Prep
is broker to broker.If your stock is held by a broker, notify him or her that you wish to make a gift of securities to Seton Hall Prep. Your broker will need written authorization from
you before the transfer is made. Be sure to provide the name of the stock that you want to transfer, the number of shares, and indicate that you would like your gift to be designated to Seton Hall Prep.
Once you have authorized the transfer, ask your broker to contact Seton Hall Prep's broker:

Planned Gifts allow individuals to make a gift in the present which Seton Hall Prep will receive at a future date. These gifts
ensure that our mission will continue long into the future and will enable the Prep to advance in its position as a most prominent Catholic preparatory school in the region.Planned gifts take many
forms—including bequests, charitable remainder trusts, retirement plans, insurance policies and others. These gifts are often part of the donor's larger estate plan and offer charitable tax deductions as
well. Just as with individual curretn gifts, most estates are designated for specific purposes. Contact the Development Office
for other details of for an opportunity to discuss the matter. Other Giving Opportunities
By sharing interests in their sons' activities, many have developed bonds to groups within the Prep constituency
that support Seton Hall Prep in unique ways. Among these groups are the Seton Hall Prep Mothers Auxiliary and the Seton Hall Prep Fathers Club. Annually their programs and activities, in addition to the

The fund year ends June 30. All gifts received by that date will be acknowledged in the Annual Report
